ADVICE

Apply the mascara from the base of the lashes upwards by rotating the applicator and repeat several times until the desired effect is obtained, building the length pass after pass. Hold the rod vertically to lift the lashes. Hold it horizontally to apply the product to the outer corner of the lashes for a fan effect.
